GENERAL

PAYMENT : Paypal (USD) or BCA (IDR)(1 USD=16.000 IDR)- Payment for Colored sketch, Chibi illustration is full upfront ,Please respond to the confirmation e-mail/paypal invoice under 48 hours, or i will disregard your commission- for full -render illustration %50 before and after the sketch is approved or full upfrontWork is strictly prohibited for REPRINTING, RESELLING FOR PROFIT / CRYPTOCURRENCY / NFTs / AI TRANING♦ I have the right to turn down a commission for any reason
♦ I need your approval on the sketches before I complete the commission. If there is a delay in your response, the delivery of the final commission will also be delayed accordingly.
♦ optional, but crediting me (@mocalattu354) when posting the work online/for banners/profile picture is appreciated!
♦ Estimation of completion :
- colored sketch: 1 week - 2 weeks
- full-rendered illustration: 2 weeks - 5 weeks (I will update you if the completion goes over this time estimation)
- cheeb illustration: 1 week - 2 weeks

OTHER FEES AND REFUND

♦ TRANSACTION FEE :
- PAYPAL : in the invoice, a 5% transaction fee is added additional to the total payment
♦ DEADLINE/RUSH FEE :
if you need the commissioned artwork to be finished under the estimation of completion, we can discuss rush fees
♦ REVISIONS :
- Full-rendered illustrations: Revisions are free of charge for a total of 5x minor revisions and 1x major revision
for the sketch to be approved and after the illustration is finished, more than that, each additional revision will be charged 5$- Colored sketch & Cheeb Illustration : Revisions are free of charge for a total of 5x minor revisions
for the sketch to be approved and after the illustration is finished, more than that, each additional revision will be charged 5$to prevent revisions/miscommunication, please mention any specific details you'd like on the artwork before/after/during the sketch phase~

♦ REFUND RATES (from the total payment) :
100% - if I haven't started / if I decide to cancel the commission myself
50% - If I have started on the artwork, but the sketch is not approved / cancelled by client
0% - after the sketch is approved

ON THE ARTWORK (SKETCH/FULL):

♦ extra charges will apply to more complicated designs (i.e. armored details, heavy jewelry) (only applies for full-render work, sketches and cheeb illust will simplify details)
♦ you can ask me to put written/texts in the work (eg. a Happy Birthday/congratulatory message)
(SKETCH/FULL/CHEEB)♦ BACKGROUND (applies for full-render only) (excepting sky, or flat n color/ patterned background) will start from $50, it will add up depending on the complexity of the artwork

COMMERCIAL COMMISSION

PROCEDURE

1) Please contact me through Email/Instagram/Twitter with your character reference, purpose(commercial/personal), additional requests (colour, pose, etc)
(i will only accept in jpg/png/toyhouse/gdrive links)2) I will confirm your submission and you will need to respond to my paypal invoice within 48 hours3) I will work on the initial sketch for approval4) After the sketch is approved, finishing of the work (you can ask for updates at this point)5) Final work will be sent through Email, which i will attach multiple versions

COLORED SKETCH

all free complimentary background motif/colour
(complicated details will not be emphasized)+1 character : +50% of base price (for characters in the same canvas(couple))

FULL-RENDER

i will be accepting in limited quota!

additional details + background charges will apply from 50$THE PRICING ABOVE IS A BASE AMOUNT FOR THE CHARACTER, additional fees may be included after reference submission (i.e background, outfit, etc)+1 character : +75% of base price (for characters in the same canvas(couple))
